Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting organisational change, employee engagement, performance management, and reward strategies. You will work closely with managers, providing coaching and guidance while ensuring best HR practices align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR support.
- Drive organisational change and workforce planning.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management, including goal setting and succession planning.
- Oversee reward and recognition programs, including salary reviews.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- CIPD or equivalent qualification (or working towards one).
- Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in employment law, employee relations, and organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Success Metrics:
- Strengthening employee engagement and maintaining a Great Place to Work accreditation.
- Improving retention and Glassdoor scores.
- Effective implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
