He differentiated himself from the other recruiters I've worked with in the past by:
* offering the required motivation no not waste time and take the chances as the opportunities arise, not when I may feel I'm ready for them
* giving very useful and accurate insights into the company's culture, projects and ways of working. Helping me assess my cultural fit within that company.
* being in contact directly with the technical people from the client and accelerating the pace of setting the interviews.

Foarte faini si serioși oamenii. M-au ajutat sa intru intr-o companie in care chiar voiam sa intru. Procesul a fost foarte ușor, am fost ținut constant la curent iar acest lucru mi-a plăcut foarte mult fata de alte companii de recrutare.
