Senior Java Developer (Location: Timisoara OR 100% Remote in Romania).

As a Senior JAVA Full-stack Developer, you’ll dive into a dynamic environment where your Java Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and more skills will come to life. You’ll tackle challenges head-on, designing and deploying top-notch solutions that keep us ahead of the curve. And with a keen eye on the latest tech trends, you’ll be instrumental in steering our technical journey.

Ideal candidate profile:

Must haves:

• Design, write and unit-test new code using most of the following languages: Java Spring & Spring Boot, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, MSSQL; 
• Design & implement REST and SOAP services; 
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Continuous Integration & Deployment or other DevOps tooling;
• Knowledge of OWASP security principles and accessibility standards like WCAG; 

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Infinispan / Postman / Selenium / BrowserStack / npm; 
• Knowledge of UI Frameworks like Angular, React, etc; 
• Knowledge of Mobile App Development framework like Kotlin, etc.

• You are skilled in orchestrating development sprints and releases, taking full ownership of projects. With a proactive approach to risk identification and a comprehensive understanding of project objectives, you independently make informed decisions to ensure successful outcomes.
• You can design source control structures, select or modify toolchain and deployment processes, and are aware of design patterns in the technologies you work in;
• You pro-actively seek to coach, guide and advise junior team mates; you demonstrate humility (understanding limits of knowledge) and strive to develop gaps in technical and soft skills; you demonstrate individual ownership and ownership of project and sprint deliverables within the team
