About the Role

Our client, a key UiPath partner, is seeking experienced RPA Developers to join the team on a 3–4-month B2B contract. In this hybrid role based in Bucharest, you will design, develop, and optimize RPA solutions using UiPath tools, while collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business processes and ensure seamless automation delivery.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End UiPath Automations

  • Design, build, and deliver UiPath automations — developing, testing, and deploying solutions that incorporate AI capabilities, Python integrations, and cloud-native architectures for enterprise-grade use cases.

Modernize Workflows

  • Introduce Agentic AI, intelligent document processing, and LLM-driven components into automation workflows.
  • Create scalable, containerized bots using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure reliability and flexibility across environments.

Process Engineering & Quality

  • Analyze and redesign business processes for maximum ROI.
  • Build reusable components with clear documentation and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and architects for seamless integrations.
  • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations while staying current on emerging AI and automation trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent Romanian and English (key for enterprise clients).
  • Strong UiPath skills — design, development, deployment, and Orchestrator.
  • 2+ years in automation or software development with full SDLC experience.
  • Hands-on Python for UiPath script integration.
  • Cloud & Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native deployments.
  • AI/LLM knowledge: LLMs, document processing, Agentic AI.
  • Solid SQL, scripting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • AI orchestration or agent design experience.
  • Finance, manufacturing, public sector, or healthcare domain background.
  • IT project/change management and UAT experience.
  • Presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
